Planning Process
Initial Contact
Contact the church office as soon as possible to inform us of your loss and begin the planning process.
Meeting with Pastor
Our pastor will meet with you to provide spiritual care, learn about your loved one, and discuss service options.
Service Planning
Together with the pastor, you'll plan the service details including scripture readings, music, speakers, and other elements.
Logistics & Scheduling
Our staff will help coordinate dates, times, facilities, and other practical details for the service.
The Service
On the day of the service, our team will handle all logistics so your family can focus on remembrance and support.
Ongoing Care
We continue to provide grief support and pastoral care in the weeks and months following your loss.

For after-hours pastoral emergencies there is an option to leave a message for congregationsal care. This message is sent directly to the clergy.
