Prayer Ministry

Lifting up our church, community, and world in prayer

The Power of Prayer

Prayer is integral to everything we do at Clarkston United Methodist Church. We believe this conversation with God is vital to our spiritual growth, our relationships with one another, and the health of our church. Through prayer, we connect with God, seek guidance, offer thanksgiving, and lift up concerns for ourselves and others.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." — Philippians 4:6-7
