A Place to Belong

The youth ministry at Clarkston United Methodist Church is dedicated to creating a welcoming community where students in 6th through 12th grade can explore their faith, develop authentic relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.

We believe that the teenage years are crucial for faith development, and we're committed to walking alongside students as they navigate life's challenges and discover what it means to follow Jesus in today's world.

Faith

We create space for authentic spiritual growth through Bible study, worship, prayer, and honest conversations about faith.

Community

We foster genuine relationships where students feel known, accepted, and valued for who they truly are.

Purpose

We empower students to discover their gifts and use them to serve others locally and globally.

Youth Programs

We offer age-appropriate ministries for both middle school and high school students

Middle School Ministry (6th-8th Grade)

Middle school is a time of incredible growth, questions, and discovery. Our middle school ministry creates a welcoming space where students can be themselves, wrestle with big questions about faith and life, and find authentic community. Through engaging Bible study, fun activities, and meaningful relationships with caring mentors, we help students navigate these transformative years while building a faith that's truly their own.

A safe and welcoming space where middle school students build friendships, explore their faith, and have fun together. Weekly gatherings include games, discussions, and activities centered around relevant faith topics.
