Make a Meaningful Difference This Summer
Our annual Love In Action mission week returns June 9-13, 2025, with an exciting opportunity to serve our community! This year, we'll be partnering with Safe & Sound Ministries in Pontiac, part of Echo Christian Fellowship. This special ministry provides supportive housing for adults with mental illness and/or cognitive disabilities, creating family-like environments where residents learn to care for one another while growing in independence.
How You Can Help
Our team will focus on updating and enhancing the Safe & Sound residential property that currently houses up to five individuals. All supplies will be provided, so just bring yourself and your willingness to serve! We welcome volunteers with any and all skills for tasks including cleaning, painting, gardening, sewing, and much more. Whether you can join us for a single day or the entire week, your contribution will make a lasting impact on the lives of the residents. This is a perfect opportunity to put your faith into action while connecting with fellow volunteers and the wonderful community at Safe & Sound.
