Our Music Ministry

Music is at the heart of our worship experience at Clarkston United Methodist Church. Through various ensembles and programs, we offer opportunities for adults of all musical abilities to participate in creating beautiful music that enhances our worship services and brings glory to God.

Our music ministry fosters spiritual growth, builds community, and allows members to share their gifts and talents in service to the church and community.

Worship

We use our musical gifts to enhance the worship experience and help lead the congregation in praise.

Fellowship

Our ensembles create meaningful connections and foster a sense of community among members.

Would you like to try out handchimes and see how much fun it is? This group is for adults who are interested in learning handchimes for fun and fellowship.

Program Details:

Experienced ringers can step right into the intermediate/advanced choir. The Jubilation ringers aim to perform once a month in worship and may travel to concerts or festivals.

Program Details:

All are welcome to sing with the Chancel Choir. Previous singing experience is helpful, but not necessary.

If you’re unsure, come to a couple of rehearsals to try it out.

We welcome adults of all musical backgrounds and abilities. Whether you're an experienced musician or just enjoy singing in the shower, there's a place for you in our music ministry. No auditions are required for most groups - just a willing heart and a desire to serve.
