Please make sure you identify yourself on the envelope or your check so we can provide a record for tax purposes. Your gifts can be placed in the weekly worship offering plate (envelopes are provided in the seat backs or attendance notebooks).

In the past year the church has received over $1000 from members participating in the program. consider enrolling or re-enrolling to participate in Kroger's community donation program. CUMC's Organization number is 83350. Anyone who does not remember the email address they used can call 877-KRO-PLUS. They will remove any email address attached to the card and the customer can then go online to enroll again.
All participants must sign up for the program in order to earn funds for our church during 2015-2016 program year. Even if you have signed up for Kroger Community Rewards in February or March of this year—you must re-enroll now to continue earning rewards during the coming year. ’s easy to enroll or re-enroll in Kroger Community Rewards.
You can visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com, click on “Michigan” and click on “Enroll” to register for the first time and “Re-enroll” to re-register. All participants must have a valid online account at Kroger.com and must sign up online to participate.
You'll receive a tax deduction for the fair market value of your securities at the time of donation, and you'll pay no capital gains tax on the difference between your cost and the fair market value. Some companies match the charitable contributions of their employees. Here's how it may work: The employee gets a matching gift form from their employer (often the HR department) and fills it out.
